Attorney Summers grew up in New England, on the North Shore in Marblehead Massachusetts, where her love for small towns on the water's edge took shape, as well as her love for lobsters and clam 'chowdah'. After moving to Washington D.C. to attend law school, she settled with her family in Annapolis, Maryland.
In addition to her legal work, Kendall Summers is also a rostered leader in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.
